LET’S SUE LMSOA!!!

Lake Medina Shores Owners Association (LMSOA) is under fire for:

·        Selective enforcement of rules

·        Financial mismanagement and opaque spending

·        Using the same law firm for both the board and private interests

·        Ignoring dangerous, crumbling roads while targeting compliant residents

 

Residents are reporting increased harassment, intimidation, and selective enforcement. If you've ever felt pressured, insulted, or violated by LMSOA, you're not alone. This trend is disturbingly on the rise - and our new Bandera County Sheriff has been notified. He attended the March meeting and is watching closely.

We are documenting every abuse. We are organizing. And we are fighting back.

One resident was repeatedly verbally assaulted and forced to change her budget to comply with restrictions that don’t even exist. She was talked down to, insulted, ridiculed, and feared worse every time her dogs went nuts when people lurked. Her story reflects a growing pattern of retaliation and selective enforcement within LMSOA.

Another new resident moved here with her husband, a Navy veteran who served honorably and whose health is frail. They came to this community for peace—but instead, their dogs were startled into a frenzy by intrusive visits from LMSOA representatives taking pictures of her property from Aevery angle to send them a violation letter with threats of fines. Their dream of a quiet, rural life has been disrupted by the very group meant to serve and protect the community.

A few of us are now actively interviewing attorneys for a potential class action lawsuit. The goal is not financial compensation—although many of us could rightfully seek damages due to the heinous acts of LMSOA. Our true goal is simple: to live in peace, harmoniously, and respectfully with our neighbors, and to have drivable roads.
